How to Paste Candidates into Zoho Recruit

Paste Resumes is one of several options to add and update candidates into Zoho Recruit you can also use Resume Inbox or Import Candidates from Documents 
New - in the candidate profile and application module on the left hand side in the links you will now see an option to import via paste 

Paste Resumes

With this feature, you can easily add candidates to your Zoho Recruit account by copy and pasting the candidate's resume text.

To paste the resume:
  1. Go to the Candidates module.
  2. Click Import and select Paste the Resume. 
  3. In the text box, copy and paste the candidate's resume text.
  4. Select any of the following options in case duplicate records are found:
    1. Skip
    2. Overwrite
    3. Clone
  5. Click Advanced Options to associate the candidate of the resume selected to a job opening.
  6. Select the source of the resume from the Source drop-down list.
  7. Select the appropriate tags to be associated with the candidate from the displayed list.
  8. Click Save.

Note:
Only one resume can be copied and pasted at a time.
The user, who imports the resume will be tagged as the candidate owner in the system.
